Protocol *

Security Type *

Email Address * SMTP username (usually your email address)

Password * SMTP password or app-specific password

Sender Name * Display name for outgoing emails

Reply-To Email * Email address for replies

Default Recipients These recipients will receive all system emails (e.g., nightly data exports)

Export all system data (users, trips, cars, and expenses) to Excel and send it via email to the configured recipients.
